Our last game for a few weeks now and we were treated to a great performance from the Tigers as they roared out of the blocks from the start and pinned Chellaston in there half and went close a few times before Lewis Millward broke the deadlock with a fierce strike from distance that the keeper could not keep out.

Shortly after Chellaston hit us on the break leaving Matthew Hawtin out numbered at the back. Brandon Mear made a great save from the first effort but was just unable to get a good hand on the rebound which went in from a tight angle.

We then continued to press for the rest of the first half with everyone in front of Matthew on the pitch going close.

In the second half we really came into our own. Starting at the back Joseph Hill carried on where Matthew left off and kept there attack at bay,he was also picking out really good passes too. Max, Charlie Starkey, Lewis and Aaron Dominated the midfield and we were creating even more chances.

It was only a matter of time before we got the second as Charlie Starkey pounced in the box with a good finish to send the keeper the wrong way. Almost immediately after Max put a powerful cross in from the left which was turned into his own net by the Chellaston defender. Looking good we had a few more chances with Charlie Tomlinson going close.

Chellaston got another goal from close range with power which just beat Brandon. We still looked comfortable and could had a fourth after Charlie Starkey went on a run down the left, cut into the box and was levelled by the defender just as he was about to strike. The responsibly was left with Matthew to score, I couldn't watch, he struck the ball well but it just glanced passed the outside of the post.

It was a great performance again boys and we were truly proud of the effort you all put in and the passing from back to front you produced and on another day we may have scored a lot more. Although Max was voted Man Of The Match  we could've given it to all of you yesterday.

Now onto Butlins for our next games. COME ON YOU TIGERS!!
