Great for me to be able to watch the Tigers play after being away on a course for the last 3 weeks and I was not disappointed with the way in which they played.

We started really well with some good early opportunities to score. Aaron Murray was so unlucky with his effort crashing against the bar and bouncing on the line and then being cleared, goal line technology should be introduced at grass roots level too!!!

However we continued to press and we were eventually rewarded with a goal which the dubious goal panel have now awarded to Charlie Starkey after much deliberation.

Outwoods then began to put us under a bit of pressure and some great tackles from Joseph hill and Matthew Hawtin kept them at bay with Matthew charging down a shot at the edge of the box brilliantly. Joseph was winning tackles and playing some terrific balls through and we were unlucky to get more goals in the first half.

In the second half Brandon Mear had to make a string of great saves as we came under pressure early on.

Then Max Reddin pops up from range to give us the lead with a superb effort which flew in and too hot to handle for there despairing keeper.

We then took control of the game again with great battling and passing by Lewis Millward. Joseph Rawbon and Max both saw efforts go just wide.

Unfortunately towards the end a very dubious penalty was given against us as max was impeded in the build up. The outwoods player then lashed the ball in the top corner leaving Brandon with no chance although he may have got fingers to the shot.

With virtually the last kick of the game outwoods hit a shot similar to Aarons that hit the bar and Brandon caught the ball on the line.

It was a great game to watch and some very pleasing football was played.

Well done Joseph Hill on your Man of The Match performance. It was a hard one to pick as there was not a bad player out there.

Well Done Boys Keep it Up!!
