Rams Kicked off on a chilly afternoon at Oversetts for their last game of the 2014-15 season. They were soon ahead with a stroke of good fortune. Harry's tame effort was seemingly gathered easilly by the Bromley keeper, but as he hit the ground he lost his grip on it and it went in. 1-0 Rams.

It was a Newhall GK error that gave Bromley a goal back just a minute later. 1-1.

Things started to settle down but neither side seemed to be able to take a grip of the game and the football was very scarce in terms of quality.

Half way through the first half, Harry went on one of is surging runs and shot hard and low, the keeper made a good save but as any good striker would, Harry followed up and smashed it home. 2-1.

Bromley got another back a few minutes later then went on to grab the half time lead as the striker placed it wide of Mitchell in the Rams net. 2-3.

Half time: Rams 2 - 3 Abbots Bromley.

Changes made at half time with Lewis replacing Callum in defence, Rhys replacing Kian in midfield, Ksha was replaced by Brad up front and Ben replaced Adam on the right with Mia switching to the left.

Things were pretty even for the first 15 minutes of the 2nd half until Harry broke free and shot across goal, the keeper kept it out but Brad was on hand to follow up. 3-3.

Rams edged back in front a short while later when Brads left foot effort squirmed under the opposition keeper. 4-3.

Harry rounded off his hat-trick with a few minutes to go by slotting it neatly wide of the diving keeper. 5-3.

A nervy last few minutes ensued though as Bromley pulled another back.5-4.

With 2 minutes left on the watch Tom, Mia And Josh were brought off with a fantastic round of applause in what was their last game in the blue and white of Newhall.

Rams held on to see the game out and end the season on a high with a 5-4 victory.

Full time: Rams 5 - 4 Abotts Bromley.

A big thank you to all those that came down today and supported the Rams in what was also my last game in charge. Apologies for getting emotional at the end.

I have had some great times with Newhall over the last 9 years, and made some good friends. I would like to wish everyone associated with the club & Newhall U14 Rams all the best for the future.
