Harry hits Hi-5 as Rams run out worth winners.

Rams started with Lewis in goal, a back four from right to left of Thomas, Ben, Mia, Josh. Tom in Defensive midfield and Rhys in attacking midfield. David on the left of midfield and Mitchel on the right. Brett and Harry the attackers and Adam started on the bench.

Rams stared really brightly and played some good neat football early on. Harry opened the scoring early on in the half and Rams extended their lead to go 2-0 up when some good pressure from Brett forced a mistake which Harry poked home. Mitchell was having a great first half and had the confidence to take on his man on more than one occassion. The central defensive partnership of Mia and Ben worked brilliantly today, both strong and aggressive and great in the air today. Belvedere managed to get one back before half time to take us in at half time 2-1 up, with Harry also firing wide when one on one.

Half time Rams 2 - 1 Belvedere.

The half time team talk was easy, just keep doing what your doing!

Every player today made a real impact on the game and played magnificantly, they played together as a TEAM. They helped each other, praised each other and worked hard for each other.

Rams further extended their lead with Harry getting his hat-trick. Thomas at right back had a great game today and defended immensley against the oppositions pacy number 11. Mitchell also covering and doing the dirty work to ensure his threat was minimised. Adam on the left of midfield played a more active role today and had his best game of the season too. Josh was back to his usual terrier like self, jockeying well, timing his tackles well and breaking when the opportunity arose. Rhys and David also had good games today and battled really well. Lewis when called upon commanded his area well and judged the too strong through balls to clear any danger.

The game swung both ways more in the second half and Belvedere pulled it back to 3-2 before Harry extended Rams lead again with his fouth.

Toms quick thinking and powerful throw caught the opposition napping and this free'd Harry and David on more than one occassion to power forward.

On one of these attacks from David the keeper came out and clattered him and the Ref rightly awarded a penalty. Up stepped Tom who hit it with power, only to see his effort go just over.

Harry was on fire today and banged in two more second half to take his and the Rams tally to 5. In response our opposition only managed to score one more, this in main as earlier mentioned due to the outstanding defending today from the whole back 4.

Full Time Rams 5 - 3 Belvedere.

Player of the match today was a very difficult decision with all players in contention. However, nobody could deny Harry was awesome today with his 5 goal haul ( Should have been 6 though :-) ), but equally the defence were strong and well organised and so Thomas also picked up an award too for his performance today.

Black out winner - Mia.

An absolutely fantastic TEAM performance today. The attitude was so positive from all the players too, lots of praise and encouragement between them all. And the football was good too, a strong boot clear when required, taking time when it was right to do so, and the passing and movement was great to see.
