 Rocester  1       Newhall Panthers  5

Newhall started the match trying to play football but we found it difficult to  play on the pitch ,with the grass being so long and wet .  It took us 10 mins to start playing to the conditions ,but we settled down and started to control the play ,Rocester managed to get a long ball through and scored a goal ,3 mins later Aiden scored his first goal .  Newhall then took charge and were constantly attacking,  resulting in Sam and Charlie scoring 3 more  in the first half.

The second half started, we dominated from the kick off ,moving the ball around and having several chances at goal .  Sam then slotted another goal into the back of the net making it 1-5  .With 20 mins to go Rocester  put 5 players in defense to try and stop us ,but we carried on and were unlucky not to score again.

With 10 mins to go Ben was given his 2nd yellow card of the game resulting in a red card. This didn't make any difference as we continued attacking and putting them under pressure until the final whistle blew.

Well done panthers
